Reducing environmental impact begins with more efficient use of resources which reduces costs and creates a leaner operation. ERCC works with clients to evaluate their present use of resources as a first step. We then propose and implement alternatives that reduce resource consumption through: 1- more careful use of existing resources; 2- substitution of more resource intensive materials and processes for alternatives that are less resource intensive; 3- re-use or recycling of wastes; 4- design and implementation of new programs to make better use of existing resources; 5- use of new technologies.
